The Dry Dock Hotel – Sat 19th July

It gives me great pleasure to announce the annual Balmain Wanderers
Table Quiz. This year’s venue shall be in the Dry Dock pub in Balmain.
For those who have been there it is a lovely pub, and we will have a
rather large area reserved for the club to host our quiz.

This will be a great opportunity to show some off field commitment to
match the great effort on the pitch over the last few weeks.

The date is Saturday 19th July, starting at 7pm or so, exact time to
follow. Usually how is works is that you pay a small fee to play and in
exchange you get free drink vouchers, and there are spot prizes as well
as the main prizes. It is something of a fund raiser for the football
club, but mainly just a way for us to give a bit of business to the pub
that sponsor us.

Teams will comprise 6-8 members with no more than three current players
in any team.
Questions will be over a wide range of topics so mix those teams up if
you don’t want to go home with dusty bin!

Please feel free to bring friends,family etc… the more the merrier.

We really do need to put in a good effort if we want to keep securing
pub sponsorship in the future.
